Apprenticeships

In the past year, we have increased the number of colleagues participating in apprenticeship training from 2 to more than 30.

We are committed to continuing this expansion so that even more of you can benefit from this opportunity to learn and gain formal qualifications that will support your career progression.

Professional Study

We are proud that our tuition support programme has supported a number of colleagues to complete professional study that will enable them to broaden their knowledge and help them pursue their career goals
